GA4-powered CRO intelligence for online stores
Conversion Analysis Dashboard turns your GA4 ecommerce data into a clear conversion story, so you can see which channels, products, locations, users, days, and events are moving revenue forward — and where the funnel is quietly breaking.
Your data is not missing. The decision path is.
GA4 has the data. The hard part is turning that data into a clear next move before another week of marketing budget passes.
When revenue drops, your team should not have to become a reporting team first.
You may have thousands of sessions, products, events, campaigns, devices, cities, and dates in Analytics. But when the question is “where are we losing sales?”, the answer is usually buried across multiple reports, exports, filters, and charts.
Too much data, not enough direction
It is hard to quickly know whether the issue is traffic quality, product interest, checkout behavior, timing, or a specific page/event.
Too much manual analysis
To answer important CRO questions, teams often export GA4 data, rebuild tables, and visualize the same funnel again somewhere else.
A guided conversion workflow
This dashboard pre-builds the scenarios every online store should review, organizes them into focused sections, and uses a small number of decision-ready charts. Your job is to find the leak, choose the next test, and grow revenue.
Seven focused areas for one ecommerce conversion workflow.
Each area is built around a practical CRO question: where users drop, which products convert, when performance changes, what the impact could be, and which signals deserve attention.
Compare funnel quality side by side.
Compare two funnel views by marketing channel, item, location, or new vs returning users, then see where conversion quality changes by session, item, revenue, and event scope.
- Compare channels, sources, campaigns, products, and locations
- Spot whether the problem is traffic quality, product behavior, or audience mix
- Use side-by-side views before choosing the next CRO move
See when conversion quality changes.
Find daily and hour-of-week patterns so you can connect conversion drops to timing, campaigns, traffic spikes, promotions, or operational issues.
- Daily funnel conversion trends
- Hour-of-week behavior patterns
- Useful for weekly reviews and campaign post-mortems
Find the step that needs attention.
Use step-by-step conversion and drop-off views to understand exactly where the ecommerce funnel loses momentum.
- Conversion from the top of funnel
- Step-to-step conversion
- Drop-off rate and drop-off amount views
Start with the biggest opportunities.
See the sources, locations, and products that already drive traffic, purchases, revenue, or conversion quality before you go deeper.
- Top channels, campaigns, countries, and cities
- Top items by views, purchases, and revenue
- Quick prioritization before deeper analysis
Understand product-level conversion behavior.
Separate products with strong demand, weak cart intent, checkout problems, broad appeal, or niche-but-deep buying patterns.
- Item funnel metrics and conversion rates
- Scatter diagrams for product behavior
- Useful for merchandising, CRO, and assortment decisions
Estimate what improvement could be worth.
Model how conversion rate, traffic, AOV, ROI, and CAC changes could affect revenue before deciding where to invest.
- Simulator for CR, traffic, and AOV lifts
- Planner for revenue, ROI, and CAC targets
- Helps prioritize improvements by business impact
Investigate page and event-level signals.
Use custom events and page-path views to find behavior signals that may explain why users do or do not move forward in the funnel.
- Analyze events by page, source, device, or path
- Signal status and action hints
- Useful for button clicks, checkout events, and custom tracking
From scattered reports to one clear next move.
Connect your store data in three simple steps.
You do not need SQL, dashboard editing, or Looker Studio (Data Studio) setup work. The dashboard is already built.
Sign up and get your access link
After purchase, your dashboard link and starter instructions are added to your profile and sent to your email.
Select your GA4 property
Use the email you registered with, connect to Looker Studio (Data Studio), and choose the GA4 property for your online store.
Use the dashboard with your data
Your conversion workflow is ready. If you need interpretation, use the AI assistant with screenshots, exports, or your current CRO challenge.
Our add-to-cart rate improved this week, but purchase/checkout dropped. Where should I start?
Start with CR Analysis to confirm whether the drop is isolated to checkout. Then compare device category and traffic source in Compare Funnels. If the drop appears only on specific pages or events, move to Signals Analysis.
Can I upload a dashboard screenshot?
Yes. Share a screenshot or exported table, and I can help interpret what changed and suggest the next dashboard section to review.
When the chart is not enough, ask what to check next.
The dashboard gives you the conversion workflow. The custom GPT helps you interpret screenshots, exports, and CRO questions so you can move from “what am I seeing?” to “what should I investigate next?”
- Ask which dashboard section to use for a specific CRO problem
- Upload screenshots or exports for interpretation
- Turn funnel changes into a practical analysis path
Built between raw analytics, templates, and expensive tools.
Use a complete, non-editable CRO dashboard without taking on the cost, setup burden, or data-custody concerns of other options.
GA4 alone
The data exists, but professional CRO visualization and decision flow take expertise and time.
Looker Studio (Data Studio) templates
You buy a file, then setup, editing, metrics, fixes, and customization become your responsibility.
Data-storing analytics tools
They can be powerful, but often mean higher pricing and another platform holding your business data.

Your ecommerce data is not stored in an Analyfy database. The dashboard reads your connected GA4 data through Looker Studio (Data Studio) access.
Important details before you start.
Do I need Google Analytics 4?
Yes. This dashboard is built on GA4 ecommerce data. You need an active GA4 property with ecommerce events available for meaningful analysis.
Is this a Looker Studio dashboard?
Yes. The product is delivered through Looker Studio (Data Studio) access. It is not a typical editable template that you need to copy, rebuild, or customize yourself.
How do I access the dashboard after purchase?
After purchase, the dashboard link and initial usage instructions will be available in your profile and also sent by email. Access is connected to the email you use at signup, and that email can be changed later if needed. The link will be available, but permission for your registered email may take a few minutes to activate. If you see an access or permission message, wait a few minutes and try again.
Do you store my business data?
No. Analyfy does not create a database for your store data. The dashboard reads data from your connected GA4 source through Looker Studio (Data Studio).
Can I use it for more than one website?
Yes. The plans are designed for unlimited website usage, with no extra per-site fee.
Can you customize or white-label it?
Yes. Optional customization and white-label versions are available for agencies, teams, and stores that need a more tailored reporting experience.
Stop guessing where conversion drops.
Use your GA4 data to see the journey from marketing spend to revenue, then focus your next CRO move where it can matter most.
