Refund, Withdrawal & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: April 21, 2026

This Refund, Withdrawal & Cancellation Policy applies to products and services offered by Amin Najmeddini, trading as Analyfy, Hammer Landstrasse 56, 20537 Hamburg, Germany, via analyfy.com and/or through Payhip-powered checkout flows.

This policy should be read together with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. If mandatory consumer protection law grants you stronger rights than this policy, those mandatory rights remain unaffected.


1. Overview

Because Analyfy offers different types of products and services, refund, withdrawal, and cancellation rules may differ depending on what you purchased.

This page explains how the rules apply to:

  • digital templates and source files,
  • dashboard access products and subscriptions,
  • consulting, setup, customization, and similar services,
  • other digital products where specific terms may be shown on the product page.

2. Consumer Withdrawal Rights

If you are a consumer, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal under applicable law unless an exception applies.

If a separate withdrawal instruction, confirmation text, or checkbox is presented during checkout or on the relevant product page, that information applies in addition to this policy.


2.1 Important Exception for Digital Content

For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, such as templates, source files, downloadable files, and similar digital products, your statutory right of withdrawal may expire once:

  • you expressly request and consent that performance begins before the end of the withdrawal period, and
  • you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun, to the extent permitted by law.

Where these conditions are met and the digital content has been made available to you, such products are generally non-refundable unless mandatory law requires otherwise.


3. Product-Specific Rules

3.1 Digital Templates, Source Files, Downloadable Files, and Copyable Digital Products

This section applies in particular to products such as:

  • Google Data Studio / formerly Looker Studio templates,
  • dashboard source files,
  • copyable or transferable report structures,
  • downloadable digital assets,
  • similar products where the underlying structure, file, or source is made available to you.

Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, these products are generally non-refundable once access, delivery, download, copying, transfer, or source availability has begun.

This is because such products can be copied, retained, or reused after delivery, and because immediate access or delivery may begin at your express request before the end of any applicable withdrawal period.

If a product page expressly states different refund terms for a particular product, the product page terms will apply in addition to this policy.

If you experience setup issues, mapping issues, or configuration problems, please contact us at Analyfy@mail.de. We will make reasonable efforts to help, but refund eligibility remains subject to this policy, the applicable product page, and mandatory law.


3.2 Dashboard Access Products, View-Only Dashboards, and Subscriptions

This section applies to products such as:

  • view-only dashboard access,
  • monthly subscriptions,
  • annual subscriptions,
  • lifetime access products where no source file is transferred and access is provided as a hosted or controlled access product,
  • similar non-downloadable access-based digital products.

Unless a different rule is clearly stated on the relevant product page, we offer a 14-day refund period from the date of payment for these products.

This means that you may request a refund within 14 days after the relevant payment date, unless:

  • the product page expressly provides different terms,
  • your claim is abusive, fraudulent, or made in bad faith,
  • you materially breached our Terms and Conditions, or
  • mandatory law requires a different result.

If your refund request is approved, access may be revoked or limited after the refund is processed.

Subscription Cancellation

Subscriptions can be cancelled before the next renewal date. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically create a refund for payments already made, except where a refund is granted under this policy or mandatory law provides otherwise.


3.3 Consulting, Setup, Customization, and Other Services

This section applies to products and services such as:

  • custom dashboard setup,
  • customization work,
  • consulting sessions,
  • marketing analysis services,
  • implementation support,
  • other service-based offers.

Unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page, proposal, or written agreement:

  • you may request cancellation before work has started,
  • if work has already started, refund eligibility may depend on the stage of performance, time already reserved, work already delivered, and mandatory law,
  • if a service has been fully performed after your express request that performance begin before the end of any applicable withdrawal period, any statutory withdrawal right may expire to the extent permitted by law.

Where a specific product page, custom proposal, or written agreement sets out more specific cancellation or refund rules for a service, those more specific terms will apply in addition to this policy.


3.4 Other Digital Products

If a product does not clearly fit into one of the categories above, the refund, withdrawal, or cancellation terms shown on the relevant product page will apply in addition to this policy.

In case of conflict, mandatory law prevails.


4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at Analyfy@mail.de and include, where available:

  • the email address used for the purchase,
  • the product name,
  • the order date,
  • the order number or transaction reference, if available,
  • a short description of the issue or reason for the request.

Submitting a refund request does not automatically guarantee that a refund will be granted. Each request is reviewed under the applicable product terms, this policy, and mandatory law.


5. How to Cancel a Subscription

If your product is a subscription, you may cancel it before the next renewal date.

You may do this through any subscription management tools made available for your purchase flow, account area, billing area, or by contacting us at Analyfy@mail.de.

To avoid renewal, please submit your cancellation request before the next billing date.

After cancellation, your subscription will normally remain active until the end of the already paid billing period, unless your access is ended earlier because a refund was granted or the product terms provide otherwise.


6. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, please contact us first at Analyfy@mail.de so that we can try to resolve the matter fairly and efficiently.

Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable legal rights you may have.

Fraudulent, abusive, or bad-faith chargebacks may lead to suspension of access, refusal of future service, or further action where legally justified.


7. Business Customers

Statutory consumer withdrawal rights apply only where the law grants them to consumers.

If you purchase as a business customer, statutory consumer withdrawal rights do not apply. Any refund, cancellation, or goodwill adjustment for business customers is subject to the relevant product page, written agreement, and our sole discretion, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.


8. Product Page Rules and Additional Terms

Some products may include product-specific refund, cancellation, support, access, or delivery rules shown directly on the relevant product page, checkout page, or custom offer page.

Those product-specific rules apply in addition to this policy.

Where mandatory law requires a different result, mandatory law prevails.
